Blackberry Picking

The children in the monkey room have had a very productive day. We took a nice walk to the park this morning which the children thoroughly enjoyed. On the way to the park the children noticed blackberries and so on the way back to nursery we decided to pick some. When we got back to nursery we washed the blackberries and decided we would have them for our pudding. The children also got involved with preparing the strawberries for pudding by helping to cut. They all loved trying the blackberries and even asked for more.
